Post-grad students benefitting from Daedalus connections

Alongside our public work – the research we promote, our conferences and our website – members of the Daedalus Trust have been working behind the scenes supporting a number of post graduate researchers, including Oliver Foss-Andersen, pictured.

Oliver’s Masters degree dissertation recently gained distinction from Kings College London, an achievement due at least in part to interviews and introductions provided by various current and former members of our Advisory Group.

“I couldn’t have gained access to the senior business leaders who were the subject of my research without their connections and support,” Oliver says.

Oliver is the sixth postgraduate student from Kings or from the Surrey Business School we’ve assisted in this way. Of those, he is the third to gain a distinction – two of whom are now pursuing PhDs at Surrey (one from Kings and one from Surrey).
